The Condo is tastefully furnished and decorated with central air  
conditioning/heating, washer/dryer, local telephone service and  
cable TV. 
 
Beach is 30 paces away with private access. Enjoy our beautifully  
constructed Gazebo with fish cleaning facilities, outside shower,  
heated pool & spa, lounge chairs, recreational room, new exercise  
room & facilities, private baths, tennis courts, shuffle board, and  
outdoor BBQ grills and tables are available for your enjoyment.  
 
Kitchen has been renovated with Granite counter tops, appliances  
included are Refrigerator w/ice, glass top range, microwave,  
dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and cooking utensils. Dining Room  
has all the glassware and silverware necessary.  
 
Master Suite has a king size bed, walk-in closet, Cable TV, dressing  
area and private shower and all linens and towels. Guest Bedroom has  
a queen size murphy bed with built-in shelves and a desk, walk-in  
closet, TV, and separate bathroom.  
 
Living room has entertainment center with cable TV, DVD & CD  
Stereo... and the list goes on! 
   
We have beach towels, beach chairs, cooler, and umbrellas available  
for your convenience! Just bring your bathing suit and/or golf bag!!!

Activities and Attractions

Besides lounging by the pool or relaxing on the beach, there are  
many recreational activities nearby for you to enjoy: 
 
*GOLF*     Eagle Marsh, Ballantrae, Fairwind, Hammock Creek,  
           Cobblestone, & the courses in PGA village are all less 
           than 30 min. 
*FISHING*  (Best Sail Fishing in the Country) Deep Sea Fishing and  
           Party Boats available in the nearby marina. Surf-Fishing  
           right here from the beach.Bass fishing at Lake Okeechobee, 
           rated one of the best bass lakes in the US, is only an  
           hour away! 
*BASEBALL* The Florida Marlins, NY Mets and LA Dodgers all have 
           spring training facilities nearby.(Less than 1/2 hour) 
           At the conclusion of spring training, the minor leagues 
           play a full season of baseball from April to September. 
*SHOPPING* Treasure Coast Mall, in Jensen Beach, is only ten minutes  
           away. The Tanger Outlet Mall in Vero is about 45 minutes

Vacation Rental Rates

Peak Season        January 1 - April 30        $3,200.00 
Summer Season      May 1 - September 30        $2,200.00 
Winter Season      October 1 - December 31     $2,800.00 
 
Minimum stay is ONE MONTH per condo association rules. 
 
Condo is also available FOR SALE fully furnished at $ 399,900. 
Annual Rentals Considered; $1,800 w/one year lease. 
 
Prices are based on Maximum occupancy of four or less. NO PETS! 
NO SMOKING inside unit PLEASE! Can smoke outside on balcony. 
 
All rates are subject to 11.5% state & local tax and a cleaning fee  
of $100.00 
 
25% Deposit required at time of booking to "lock in" your time  
period. (non-refundable unless we can re-rent for that time period) 
Balance due 30 days prior to occupancy.  
A security deposit of $1000, to cover any damages, electric usage,  
and a one time cleaning fee at the end of your rental period. Any  
funds not used will be REFUNDED.
