The Pines at Orehouse, Steamboat Spring's newest luxury  
condominiums, provide our guests with all the comforts of home in a  
historic mountain setting. The free ski shuttle will pick you up at  
the complex and drop you off at the slopes of the Steamboat Resort.  
 
We have 8 different condos for you to choose from in Steamboat  
Springs, Colorado, ranging in size from a 1 bed/1bath to a  
4bed/3bath (Slps 10). Some units have garages and some have heated  
pools!  
Several units were just completed in 2005/2006 and include a fully  
equipped kitchens, stainless steel appliances, New hand carved log  
furniture, granite counter tops, large stone fireplace, washer and  
dryer, and two decks with great mountain views!  
 
Located in the Yampa Valley off of State Hwy 40 in Steamboat  
Colorado, this rental home is within one mile of the Steamboat Ski  
Resort! Skiing, snow shoeing, Snowmobiling and shopping are right  
outside your door! Two premiere golf courses, fly fishing on the  
Yampa, and horseback riding are a stones throw away! 
 
2 bedroom options: 
Option #1 – 1 queen, 1 full, 1 bunk bed (2 twins), 1 sleeper sofa 
Option #2 – 2 queen beds 
Option #3 – 1 king bed, 2 twin beds, 1 sleeper sofa 
 
3 bedroom options: 
Option #1 - 2 kings, 1 queen, 1 queen sleeper sofa 
Option #2 – 1 king, 1 queen, 2 twins, 1 queen sleeper sofa 
Option #3 – 1 king, 1 queen, 4 twins (2 bunk beds), 1 trundle bed
