Location: Our lodge-style home is located at 3 Five Iron Lane on the
17th tee of the Woodlands Golf Course in Sunriver. Five minute walk
to River. Ten minute walk to Woodlands Club House and Restaraunt.
One minute bike ride to National Forest Mountain Bike Trails
(towards Benhem Falls). Ten minute bike ride to Fort Rock Park.
Twenty minute bike ride to mall. Twenty minute drive to Mt.
Bachelor Ski Resort. Sunriver Map.

Living Areas: Great room with vaulted ceilings, hard wood floors,
large stone fireplace, floor to ceiling windows overlooking golf
course; Dining area sits 16 (12 at table, 4 at bar); Large loft
with big screen TV; Family room with nintendo, TV, and foosball
table; Air Hockey table in garage.

Sleeping Areas: Seven separate sleeping areas: Two master suites
with king beds, two bedrooms with queen beds, one bedroom with full
bed and bunk, sofa sleeper (Lazy Boy air sleeper)in loft, two roll-
away sleepers to use in den or elsewhere.

6 TVs including one big screen TV, 6 DVD players,
Stereo, CD player, Fully stocked kitchen including Henckels knives,
Premium cookware, Microwave, Dishwasher, Refrigerator, Washer,
Dryer, 2 Hot water heaters, Wrap-around deck overlooking gold
course, Hot tub, Garage, Gas Grill, 4 Bicycles, Foosball table, Air
Hockey table, Dartboard Telephone, Fireplace, Air Conditioned.

golfing, hiking, canoing, rafting, and tennis
