Our beautiful four-bedroom, two-bath pool home is located in Lake Davenport Estates a quiet lakeside
community in Orlando, Florida just minutes from Disney and all the theme park attractions. Lake
Davenport Estates is located off Hwy 27 just one mile from Hwy 192. Conveniently close to shoppping,
supermarkets and restaurants. Richly furnished with many upgrades, and equipped to the highest
standards, this home offers four bedrooms, with 4 TV's and cable. A massive 'King master suite' -
complete with a luxurious private bathroom. Each bedroom sleeps two with a King-size, Queen-size,
and two bedrooms with twin beds. If you vacation with family or friends, this house can accommodate
8 people.

For those of you who can't live without your computer, we also
provide Free high speed Internet access.

Separate 'living' and 'family' rooms allow Adults to relax and read a
book or stretch out to watch a movie on the impressive 63in TV. The
kids can be out at the private screen-enclosed heated swimming pool -
which is always available.There are DVD's, a Playstation and a
selection of games for your entertainment. The large fully fitted
kitchen is large enough and completely equipped to prepare a four-
course meal to be enjoyed in the formal dining room.

For our infant guests there is a portable crib and highchair for your
convenience.
