beach access. Just a short walk or trolley ride to times square and
the fishing pier. This home has just been completely renovated
with 'Carribean charm'. Beautifully decorated and comfortably
equipt. Master suite has King size bed, private bath, TV and DVD player, First guest room
offers queen size bed, closet and laundry
room, third guest suite room has TV and sitting area with Queen size
bed and forth guest suite has twin beds and a TV/Video player.
Great room floor plan leather sectional with Queen size sleeper sofa. Triple sliding glass
doors leading to a deck that overlooks the pool and some ocean views. Two covered
parking spaces under the home. 130 foot double wide drive great for guest or the little
ones and some games. In order to preserve the charm and
tranquility of our Sandy Bottom Bungalow we rent to "mature" adults and their
responsible guest only. This is a "non-smoking" "no pet" rental.
Violating the no-smoking and no pet rule, missing property or damages
will result in the loss of your security deposit. It is our
goal to maintain the beauty of our bungalow for all renters to
enjoy.

Large Private Pool, Ocean view, Beach access just across the street,
4 TVs,Cable, 2 Video Players and Stereo sound system, Laundry room.
For your convienence we also have childrens bikes, trikes, a wagon, beach chairs, toys,
games, books, and videos.
Trolley transportation stop also in front of this cottage!

Beaches, swimming, fishing, bicycling, sight-seeing, Library, also a
short walk to a gulf front park, Baseball heaven come see the Twins and Red Sox spring
season training games,Edison Museum, Imaginarium, waterparks, putt-putt,
Bell Tower Shops, great restaurants near by and deep sea fishing.
