This apartment is perfect for a variety of Guests!!
Individuals & Couples : Cozy and Quiet and has everything you need!
Divers: There is a separate GEAR WASH & hanging area for all your dive gear
Wheelchair Friendly: Extra wide doors, Access. bathroom, entry ramp into living area
Relax in the back patio/deck with a cool drink, sun bathe, or
play a relaxing game of darts. Grill out and relax on the patio at
night and watch the stars! The entire yard is professionally landscaped with
palm trees, key lime & avocado trees, tropical ferns, air plants and much, much more.
"The Mermaid House" is just 1 1/2 hrs from the Miami airport, at
mile marker 99.7, 1 mile from "downtown Key Largo" and located in an
upscale quiet neighborhood on the Ocean side. It is a separate
downstairs apartment attached to the lower level of the main house.

Wheelchair Friendly:
Covered parking, no steps, small ramp going into living area, 6 ft
wide door into bathroom, shower chair (if needed) , touch lighting in
bedroom, large walk-in/roll in closet, outside brick pathway to the
street, level back deck area.
Suitability:
This apartment is perfect for individuals or couples only and is not
suitable for children. Must be at least 25 years old to rent the
apartment.

What makes this location so wonderful is we are centrally located and
near all the following
locations:

**The property is centrally located to Everglades National Park,
South Beach and Key West

**Dolphin's Plus & Island Dolphin Care (dolphin research and
education facilities) are located less than 1 block away.

** Key Largo Fisheries is nearby where you can buy fresh caught
dolphin, tuna, yellowtail, shrimp and lobster to grill out and it's 1
block away!

**3 Waterfront restaurants/bar, fishing boats and a marina are 3
blocks away

** Diving, Snorkeling, Shopping, Fishing Charters are 3-5 minutes
from the house or just one mile away!!

**Community park (walking/bicycling track, tennis courts, basketball,
skate board park, baseball fields) which also includes Jacob's
acquatic center with 3 pools (including a giant Pirate Ship fun
pool) is less than 1 mile away.
