Exquisite Gulf views from this spacious and elegant, 2-bed, 2-bath 
condo directly on Siesta Key private beachfront in an adult condo 
community.  At least one member of your party must be 55+.   
Enjoy sublime sunsets from the 26 ft. lanai in this 3rd floor unit 
overlooking the Gulf of Mexico.  The Gulf views you see in the photos 
are actual views from the condo itself.
The beautifully tiled floors have large, luxurious oriental rug 
coverings.  The ceilings are graced with crown moulding, the walls 
with sconces.  The complex is a short walk from Siesta Key Village, 
which has great shopping, dining, souvenir shops and many everyday 
conveniences, like banking, post office, groceries. 

Vacation Rental Amenities

Amenities include Central Air Conditioning and Heat; fully equipped 
kitchen with Refrigerator, Electric range with overhead 
microwave; dishwasher, double sink with garbage 
disposal, cooking and serving utensils, small appliances, etc. 4 
cable TVs with built-in DVD in LR; unlimited U.S. long distance 
telephone with answering machine, caller ID and call waiting;  Free 
High-speed Internet access (you provide computer).  
Laundry Facilities on same level; Elevators, Carport Parking; 
Clubhouse with heated pool and Fitness Center.  2nd heated pool by 
beachfront. There are beachfront Tiki huts with outdoor barbecue 
facilities and picnic benches on the private beach, where you can 
entertain guests. Beach lounge chairs available for guests free.

The complex is a short walk from Siesta Key Village, as described 
above.
Across the short bridge to the Sarasota mainland, you have access to 
the "Cultural Center of Florida," with the Aslo Theatre, Van Wetzel

Aquarium, Ringling Art museum, and much more.
