Vacation Rental Description

This beautiful home is located adjacent to the Toll House Inn and a 
ski lift to the Mountain. It is a three minute walk to the ski lift. 
A ski trail over a mile long leads directly to the door step. The 
home is also located directly on an extensive cross country trail 
network. You put on the cross country skis on the doorstep and off 
you go.

The enlarged master bedroom contains a kingsize bed,a jucuzzi-type 
bath and shower and a large walk-in cupboard. The Guest Room contains 
two kingsize beds and cupboard. The basement contains a Queen size 
fouton and television.

Vacation Rental Amenities

The townhouse contains three bathrooms, and four televisions, some 
with DVD players and video players. A cable service provides about 50 
channels. A washer and dryer is also provided. There is a beautiful 
fireplace and free logs and kindlewood are provided. The beautiful 
living room and dining space are connected in a spacious open area.
The home is covered by wi-fi internet service and the internet can be 
received throughout the house free of charge.

Activities and Attractions

There are many activities available to visitors. Besides the alpine 
and cross country skiing from the door step, there are indoor tennis 
courts minutes away, there are many restaurants and nightclubs as 
well as interesting drives to museums, to the state capitol of 
Montplier and to the vibrant college town of Burlington.The Ben and 
Jerry factory is  of special interest to the children, and fine shops 
and churches are  located in the picturesque village of Stowe.

Seasonal: 15,000.00 plus utilities (Dec. 15-May5)
Weekly: 2800.00 Holidays: 3500.00
Daily: 450.00 Holidays 550.00 (Minimum two nights)
holidays are Christmas (Dec 22-Jan 5) and Presidents Week (Feb 14-21)
