   Our Gorgeous Spacious 2 bedroom/2 full bath suite has 
Ocean/Garden views from the 5 patio doors which opens to a large 
private lanai with views also overlooking the aqua blue pacific & 
lush green mountains of the Valley Isle. 
   The Suite also views the tropical gardens & interlocking 
waterways & waterfalls. Enjoy the use of the 1 acrea pool with 
24 ft waterslide, hot tub,& whirlpools.
   Maui is the island of activities from the kaleidoscope of tropical
splendors & natural wonders with its volcanoe which you can bike 
down & thru double rainbows, waterfalls, it's coffee & pineapple 
plantations, sheer rock cliffs, lush forests, & white/black beaches 
or a Traditional Polynesian Luai.
   Book with us in our spacious 2 bedroom suite & enjoy the many 
discounts as an owner's guest with tourist discounts on activities 
on the island, in the shops & restaurants of this Gold Crown Royal 
Resort. 
   Our suite is located within minutes of championship golf courses, 
tennis facilities, international shopping retailers. We're located 5 
miles from the old whaling capital of Lahaina. Walking distance to 
the beach & 1 mile from medical facilities & shops.
 Enjoy Maui's Kaanapali beaches for snorkeling,walking,or 
sunbathing. Enjoy the beautiful atrium gazebos, tropical gardens, 
gentle waterfalls, or 1-acre pool with jacuzzi's & 27 foot water 
slide.
 Enjoy the private health room with exercise equipment, sauna, & 
snorkeling, scuba & wind surfing equipment & lessons as our guests. 

Vacation Rental Amenities

  Our Spacious Luxury suite has 2 bedroom/2 full bath sleeps 6 with 
granite countertops in bathroom & kitchen & "Tommy Bahama" inspired 
furniture & has many unit amenities:  Jacuzzi off Master 
bedroom/Full bath with walk thru closets off master bed/bath. Second 
bedroom with full double beds & full bath & patio off second bedroom 
onto lanai with ocean/garden breezes & views. No smoking is allowed 
in our suite out on Lanai only is allowed.
  Walk out onto the wrap around lunai with ocean/garden/pool views. 
Amenities have entertainment center & TV & patio doors with carpet 
& AC, Tv's, phones. Kitchen with garnite island & countertops with 
full-size refrigator, dishwasher & microwave with additional cabinet 
space.Oversized wicker chairs, tropical patterned sofa sleeper with 
custom designed entertainment center & island style lighting in the 
living room.
George foreman for your grilling of the pacific fish.
Dining room each with it's own patio doors joining the wrap around 
lunai for those awesome ocean/garden views & sunsets over the ocean. 
   On-site Amenities: game room with arcade, conference 
facilities,live entertainment, snack bar, miniature golf 
course,beachside barbecue area, & a health fitness center off the 
one-acrea swimming pool with a 24 ft water slide, kids pool & 
whirlpool/hot tubs,water volleyball & scuba diving & windsurfing 
lessons, children's programs & babysitting, restaurants, & shops 
within this crown royal resort.
   The resort is located just a few minutes drive from five 
championship golf courses, first-class tennis facilities & world 
renowned shops & restaurants just minutes away from the old whaling 
capital of Lahaina.

Activities and Attractions

    Enjoy Whale watching off our lanai December to March. Snorkeling 
off the Pacific shores or tour boats, sunset crusies, trip to the 
road to Hanna, swimming, fishing, windsurfing, snorkeling, scuba 
diving, biking down the crater, sunbathing, volleyball, Polynesian 
luai,shopping, or just relaxation & watch the sunsets over the 
pacific ocean off our suite. Maui is known as the island of Activity.

Vacation Rental Rates

Our spacious 2 bedroom/2 bath suite in a Gold Crown Royal Resort has 
its Ocean/Garden Views may be available for any week in 2008-2009. I 
can check on cancellations for 2007 on other islands or Maui as a 
owner.
It rents for $600 daily which is $4200 for 8 days/7 nights on the 
island of paradise. No 11.42% sales tax as other resorts/hotels.
 The Embassy charges for a 1 br ocean room $499.91 & deluxe ocean 
view $537.61 in 2006.
 Our suite includes tax,free parking & happy hour daily. A FUll 
Breakfast buffet with omelette station for just $10 a day per person 
to start your day. 
 Our owner's discounts on Maui's activities on the activity island & 
embassy resort shops & restaurants with miniature golf & children's 
programs. Check-in times 4 p.m. on Thursday-Sunday's. We require a 
deposit which is our maintance fee to reserve your vacation applied 
towards your week stay which will be deposited in your name & 
balance due closer to vacation dates as the embassy only has 8 2 
bedroom/2 full bath suites available.
