Nov-Apr .. $225/day or $850/week or $2900/month. 
May-Oct .. $150/day or $750/week or $1700/month.
Yearly or specials ................ $1700/month.

Deposits:  Both fully refunded if no damage and relatively clean
$500 security/cleaning deposit
$1000 pet deposit 

25% of rental amount due at booking
Balance due by 60 days prior to rental date
Reasonable cancellation policy.  We always recommend trip 
cancellation insurance for such events.
