vacation rental description
Charming cottage on the cleanest lake in Branch County..Dragon Lake. Excellent
fishing,swimming,boating and wildlife watching. This is a no-wake lake. Cottage has modern kitchen
with dishwasher,microwave and amenitites. Large master bedroom downstairs with full bath. Living
room looks out on lake as does large deck. Upstairs has one small bedroom and one very large
bedroom with half bath. Cottage has washer and dryer. Fire pit outside by lake can be used for
bonfires at night.

Included in cottage are: blankets, sheets, pillowcases,towels,pots, pans,dishes,
glasses,silverware. Some spices,salt and pepper, tea,coffee, paper towels,napkins. Toilet paper,
soap in bathrooms. cleaning supplies and clothes soap.
Grill and charcoal. Three boats; canoe, rowboat/oars and small motor (gas not included) and a small
sailboat. lifejackets and floats
Deck furniture and folding chairs. TV,VCR and DVD player and some children's games.

vacation rental rates
$700 weekly with a $200 deposit anad a $200 security deposit which will be returned two weeks after you've rented, provided cottage was left clean. A $75 cleaning charge can be added if you do not want to clean.
Deposits are nonrefundable unless it is prim time and cottage can still be rented.
