Huge house!

Pros:
1. Wow what a large house, and a great size for 9 ladies! Although one shower would have been preferable, but not necessary.
2. The house was kept very clean and well stocked with linens and dishes.
3. The neighborhood was very quiet and there was enough parking for 4 cars, 2 of which we kept in the garage.
4. While there is not much around the neighborhood, a quick 10-15 minute drive lands you in the center of NSB where you'll find shopping, and just a few more minutes away is the beach and Flagler Street where there are lots of great boutiques and restaurant (we gals spent a whole day there).
5. The pool was great! It's not the largest pool I've ever been in, but 9 ladies fit into it just fine. It also has a neat waterfall feature and unique lighting, all of which is controlled with a remote control.
6. While we didn't really play pool, it was fun to have that available.
7. The decor and furniture that are in the house are all very comfortable, clean, and updated.
Cons/Suggestions:
1. Of the 5-6 air mattresses in the house, only 2 were in working order. The rest had holes that either caused the mattress to deflate immediately or slowly throughout the night. Thankfully we only had 9 girls, and they were all able to sleep comfortably. Any more and we would have faced some problems.
2. There are not any bedside tables or lamps. The only lighting is the installed ceiling lighting, so going to bed you could not read a book unless you wanted to keep the ceiling light on. There also were not any ceiling fans, although the upstairs A/C ran like a champ!
3. There was not an iron or ironing board.
4. Since there is not a lot of wall decor or carpet (downstairs), there is quite an echo in the house.
5. A few more towel hooks in the bathrooms would be preferable as there was not much space to hold
6. We did have a downstairs A/C problem in which it would not turn on, but that was repaired very quickly, so it did not cause too much of problem.
7. The TV in the living room was very nice and the cable was great. A DVD player would have been nice, but not necesary.
My intent is not to sound nit-picky, but rather to be thorough. All in all, we had a great stay, these are just suggestions for future guests. Thank you so much!!
