About the Stoneybrook Golf Club at Heritage Harbour:  
 
The 18-hole "Stoneybrook" course at the Stoneybrook Golf Club at 
Heritage Harbour facility in Bradenton, Florida features 7,134 yards 
of golf from the longest tees for a par of 72. The course rating is 
74.8 and it has a slope rating of 142 on Bermuda grass.  Designed by 
Arthur Hills, ASGCA, the Stoneybrook golf course opened in 2002. S & S 
Golf Management manages this facility. 
 
This condo is situated right on the fairway of the 18 hole golf 
course. From the condo's lanai you have a direct view.  
   
For your dining convenience you can spend the evening at the 
Stoneybrook Clubhouse, which is in walking distance from the Condo.  
 
There is a small pool situated right across the street. 
 
The Club also features a recreational Center, with Gyms, Hockey Field, 
Volleyball, Tennis Courts, Heated Pool and Jacuzzi. 
 
Membership to the Club is included with your rental.

There is a color LCD High Definition TV, digital cable, DVD with Dolby 
Surround speaker system, washer/dryer, fully equipped kitchen with all 
the necessary small appliances, dishes, dishwasher, microwave, trash 
compactor, range, refrigerator/freezer.  
 
In addition to 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and kitchen, there is a 
breakfast room and a living room with an attached dining area. 
 
Master bedroom has a king size bed and walk-in closet.   
 
Guest bedroom has a queen size sleeper couch, a computer desk 
including cable modem for high speed Internet hookup, and an 
additional TV. 
 
The lanai has patio furniture.

May  -  Nov.  1500 US$/month 
 
Final cleaning fee 75 US$ 
Security deposit 250 US$ to be returned after departure 
Electricity above 75 US$ will be deducted from security deposit 
 
Minimum rent is one month during high season!
