spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath 2nd floor unit is air conditioned which 
is Handicap friendly overlooks the OCEAN and the 18th Fairway of 
Kona Country Club. This course is one of two championship courses 
surrounding the villas. View the ocean and whales in season and 
watch the magnificient sunsets from the living room and master 
bedroom lanais.This unit has been recently remodeledand redecorated. 
It has a large kitchen with corian counters, stove,oven, microwave, 
refrigerator, toaster oven and all the essentials for preparing 
meals. There is a dining room and breakfast bar, full size washer 
and dryer and a large lanai overlooking the fairway with your own 
personal BBQ.This manicured complex has 3 swimming pools and is 
within walking distance to the ocean and many shops and 
activities.

the master bedroom and living room. View the lush tropical foliage 
to the ocean and watch the beautiful sunsets while enjoying all the

All these amenities for less than the cost of a typical hotel room. This is a 
2nd story unit with a bridge from the parking lot so there are no 
stairs to climb which makes it handicap friendly, no stairs. There 
are also 3 swimming pools and 2 tennis courts for your enjoyment.The 
BEACH is just .6 miles away.

WALK to Golf, Tennis, Swimming, Scuba Diving, Snorkeling, Fishing, Whale 
Watching, Shoppng, Gourmet Dining, or drive to the volcano, just to name

Season Rates:
Summer High: June 15 - Aug. 31
             $115/N
Fall Season: Sept. 1 - Dec. 14
             $105/N
Winter High: Dec. 15 - Apr. 14
             $135/N
Low Season:  Apr. 15 - June 15
             $125/N
All rates plus Hawaii state tax of 11.41%+ a $125 cleaning fee**5 night minimum stay. $10/N per 
person over 4 people.
Price includes towels, bed linens,  
telephone, cable TV, full kitchen, washer/dryer, BBQ
**25% deposit upon booking a reservation, balance due 30 days before 
arrival.+ $125.00 Cleaning Fee. Hot months may require extra fee of 
$7/day for air conditioning expense.
Some holiday rates apply, please inquire. Monthly discounts 
available. Rates increase for Ironman week.
