Our newly renovated, fully furnished condo is ready for your  
vacation in beautiful St. Petersburg, Florida. Very nice quiet neighborhood, 4 unit  
ranch type property. Lovely front and back yard with orange trees  
and tropical plants.     
  
  

Vacation Rental Amenities

The condo: 930 square feet, One bedroom, queen size bed, one bath, living room, dining area, fully  
equipped kitchen, air conditioning, ceiling fans, TV,  
basic cable/dvd, dial up internet access and back yard gas barbeque. The condo is decorated  
with your comfort in mind.   

Activities and Attractions

The setting: 3 blocks from Tampa Bay; 11 miles to the beautiful Gulf  
of Mexico beaches; shopping, restaurants, golf courses, John’s Pass,  
Passe de grille; 20 minutes to Tampa for fun and adventure. 25  
minutes to Busch Gardens/water park. 90 minutes to Orlando  
(Universal  
Studios, Disney and Epcot, etc).  Beautiful Sarasota (30 minutes)  
offers a variety of shopping venues.  And, of course, beautiful  
downtown St. Pete (2 miles) with antiques, shopping, fine or casual  
waterfront dining, St. Pete Pier, shopping, museums, parks, fishing,  
boating rentals, tours, and we could go on and on! The condo is  
located 1 block away from the bus lines.   

Vacation Rental Rates

Our condo is available year round - call us and make plans to come  
on down to paradise! Sorry there is no smoking or pets in the Condo. 
 
Rates:  May-August  $300 per week or $1000 per month. 
        September-April  $350 per week or $1200 per month.
