Vacation Rental Description

The Condo is located at (890 Ashford Ave) and it is the main tourist 
spot in Puerto Rico.  The condo faces the beach an it is walking 
distance to condado beach, casino and restaurants. It is a 10 minute 
drive from the San Juan Int. Airport, Old San Juan, Isla Verde and 5 
minutes to the beautiful Convention Center.

The condo is on the first floor and the building is accommodated 
with stairs and an elevator.  The Living room has very large sliding 
doors that open onto the balcony, which overlooks the ocean and 
Ashford Ave. The bedroom has a Queen sized bed. The living room sofa 
opens to a Queen sized bed as well, so the condo can accommodate 4 
adults.

Vacation Rental Amenities

The condo is completely furnished with all linens, towels, kitchen, 
equipment, cable, Plasma TV, DVD player and air conditioner.

The building is very secure. The property is fully enclosed and 
gated.  There is a designated Parking spot for 1 car within the 
compound. A key is required to enter the compound as well as the 
lobby.  There is a Laundry room on the ground floor of the building 
with coin operated washers and dryers.  Your lobby key opens the 
Laundry room.

Activities and Attractions

The Condado area is the number one tourist area of San Juan and home 
to many casinos, fine restaurants, grocery stores, tourist shops, 
all within walking distance, and a 10 minute drive to Old San Juan, 
5 minute to Puerto Rico Convention Center and close to the highways 
that will get you any where in Puerto Rico.

There are convenience stores, and a Cyber Café a short walk away. 
Taxis and buses are always available as you are on the "main drag" 
leading to Old San Juan. There are many hotels in the area that have 
great Casinos, excellent restaurants, and live music. Many of the 
island excursions (Parasailing, Scuba, Snorkeling, Horseback riding 
etc.) can be arranged through them with the operators.

Although being so close to such a busy area, the condo is very 
quiet. It truly is a great place to relax as you take in the 
beautiful views of Condado’s ocean and the San Juan skyline.

Vacation Rental Rates

Low Season:    April 15th to Nov. 14th
               $150.00/Night (4 Night Minimum)   
               $600.00/Week

High Season:   Nov. 15th to April 14th
               $150.00/Night (4 Night Minimum)  
               $800.00/Week

*$250.00 non-refundable deposit required to secure reservation.
*One-time non-refundable cleaning fee of $75.00
