This is a well decorated two bedroom, two bath condo in Frisco is 1
1/4 hours from Denver airport and convenient to all major ski areas
in Summit County; Keystone, A Basin, Breckenridge and Copper Mtn. and
25 minutes to Vail. Located next to the clubhouse on the first floor
with easy access to the parking under the building. Large master
bedroom with queen bed which has a new Sealy Posture-Pedic mattress,
second bedroom has two twin beds, pull out sleeper couch in living
room with gas fireplace. Three TV's, DVD and VCR. Wall to wall
carpet and nicely decorated. Fully equipped kitchen with microwave,
full range, dishwasher, garbage disposal and refrig. Dining area
table seats 6. Large deck with two sliding glass doors from unit.
Underground parking. Free wireless internet connection is available
in the unit and in the club house.

We decorate and furnish for our use and go to some trouble to make it nice and keep it maintained to our standards.

This unit has the best ammenities in Summit County!
The clubhouse has 4 hot tubs, three outside and one inside, large
pool, racquetball court, locker rooms, steam room and sauna.  Nice laundry facility.
Tennis court is available in spring through fall months. Free bus (within walking distance) service to Keystone, Breckenridge and Copper Mtn. Cross country ski
trail within 100 yards and public cross country area within one
mile. Walk to shopping and restaurants. Lovely views of Mt. Royal
and the Ten Mile Range. Frisco is at 9000 feet elevation and the ski
areas go up to about 12,000 feet which gives us some of the best snow
conditions in the world. If you haven't experienced Summit County,
Colorado you really must come. X-country trail a short walk out back.

 TV and DVD players are in the living room and each of the two bed rooms.

Radio/CD player /tape player in living room

Hair dryer in second bathroom.

Downhill and cross country sking, snow shoeing.  Pool and hot tubs. Walking trail -
biking / cross country ski trail just behind the building. Good restaurants
and shoping in the quaint western style town of Frisco. Walk to Main
St. restaurants and shops. Great family atmosphere. Plenty of
entertainment from theater to live music will appeal to anyone's
taste.
Summer offers lots of cultural activities as well as boating,
swimming, hiking and biking as well as our babbling brook outside of
the master bedroom.

Summer 2013:

Weekly and longer rentals available for May, June and mid September on.   July and August and first half of September are rented  June and Sept 15 on are  $600 per week.  June monthly is $1400.

Christmas:

Daily rate is $225 from December 23 to January 1 with 3 day minimum.  Discounted rates for longer stays.
