Cabo Rojo. Located in the Caribbean Sea in the southwestern tip of
the island, 45 min. from Aguadilla airport, 1 hour from Ponce
airport and 2 ½ hour from San Juan airport. All drives overlooking
stunning mountain and ocean views.

Walking or minutes drive from the best and varied beaches, marinas
and attractions in the Caribbean. Boqueron is the monthly vacation
spot for many northern visitors, from the US and Europe, that
eventually make this fisherman-tourist village their home. It is
conveniently near (10-30 minutes drive) from main shopping malls,
hospitals, theaters, universities and cities.

Always Boqueron maintains it’s small quaint village atmosphere where
you can walk anytime, play dominoes, browse over little shops, sit
in outside cafes, watch the sailboats, pelicans, sunsets, drinking
wine and feeling the cool tropical breezes. People, locals and
visitors, are friendly and casual.

Pretty, airy treated wood house, with balcony on three sides
overlooking the bay, hills and greenery and at night a sky full of
stars and a great moon! First floor is a huge area with cement
floor, outside shower, nicely shaded, with view and a constant
breeze. Quiet, private, ¼ acre almost flat fenced lot, full of
flowering and fruit trees. Sits in a dead end street, with few
neighbors in a mostly retired community. Walking distance from
Boqueron village and beach. Surrounded by grazing soft hills, very
safe location.


Fully furnished, in rattan in a relaxed atmosphere. Accommodates 8
persons: one queen size bed, 6 twin size beds. Newly equipped full
kitchen with microwave, refrigerator, oven/stove, toaster-oven,
pots, silverware, plates, etc.. Also linen, towels and fans
throughout,. TV and DVD player, CD player/radio.
Cable TV, Internet Access and washing machine available for
additional fee.
