FL sales tax + Flagler County discretionary tax = 10%
Cleaning fee is $75.
Refundable deposit of $300 is required to hold reservation and will
be returned upon satisfactory inspection of condo.
We do require payment in full 2 months prior to reservation for high
season renters (Jan-Apr).
