spacious unit sleeps 6 for a fraction of the cost of a Hotel Room.

Activities and Attractions

Na Hale O Keauhou is across from Kona Country Club which has two 
championship golf courses. Just 3 blocks to Keauhou Bay where there 
are charter boats for fishing and scuba and snorkeling. There is a 
swimming & snorkeling beach just a short.5 miles away. This TownHome 
is idealy located within walking distance to the Keauhou Shopping 
Center containing restaurants, theaters, grocery and shops.

               $175.00 PER NIGHT
FALL Season:   Sept. 1 - Dec. 14
               $185.00 PER NIGHT
Winter High:   Dec. 15 - April 14
               $215.00 PER NIGHT ** Christmas week & New Years week $230/N
SPRING Season: April 15 - June 15
               $165.00 PER NIGHT
Air Conditioning Usage Fee of $15 per day required from June 1-Nov.30
    + a $150.00 Cleaning Fee  + $15.00 per person over 6 people
All rates plus Hawaii state tax of 11.41%
**7 night minimum stay. Price includes towels, bed linens, move out 
maid service, telephone, cable TV, wireless INTERNET, full kitchen, 
washer/dryer,3 SWIMMING POOLS and work-out room.
**25% deposit upon booking a reservation, balance due 30 days prior 
to arrival.
