Located on the east shore of beautiful Lake Francis, where the sunsets are magnificent!The lake is 539 acres of clear, sandy beach bottom, freshwater, perfect for all water sports and fishing. It boasts one of the larger lots on the lake, with 100 feet of lake frontage with seawall and beach. With 2300 sq. ft. under air,there are beautiful views of the lake throughout the house. The living room has a beautiful brick fireplace with 46" flat screen tv, new plush carpet and wood beam cathedral ceiling which gives it a cozy cottage feeling. The kitchen was recently completely rennovated, including all new appliances.

Summer Rates

Weekly :$1,000 per week. (includes utilities)Check out at 11am. 

Weekends (Friday to Sunday):$500.Check-in noon on Friday and check-out 4pm on Sunday. Additional days $150.
Deposits: 1/2 rental rate for security/damage deposit with
reservation for monthly. $500. for weekly and weekends(Refundable upon satisfactory check-out)

Winter Rates:3 month minimum. Negotiable for longer stays. Email for rate information.
