Our tropical escape is completely remodeled, and will give you a
chance to kick back and relax in style. The apartment offers a
true seaside retreat, with a light island feel.
The 25 foot tall cathedral ceilings usher in a beautiful view of the
rising moon right from the comfort of your own couch.
The kitchen is equipped with brand new state of the art appliances,
and the island in the kitchen offers any chef a spacious and
comfortable escape to entertain in. The kitchen is fully equipped
with dishes,pots & pans, microwave,dishwasher,
refrigerator,toaster,toaster oven and coffee maker.
There is plenty of closet space, with built in California Closet
style furniture. The apartment is furnished with plenty of linens
and towels. The bathroom has been completely remodeled in an Art
Deco theme.
The Bedroom features a queen size bedroom set with a plush pillow top
mattress, which surely guarantees you a good night sleep. The brand
new sofa in the living room is a queen sleeper, with crisp bed
linens and fluffy pillows also provided.
A Brand new washer/dryer, are located inside the unit, and an iron
and ironing board will ensure that you will always look your best.
Step outside to your spacious patio to enjoy the warm Florida
weather, and a prime view of the luscious green golf course which
completely envelopes the property.
Ocean Village is a beautiful community, centrally located within
Florida which offers all its residents a great place to live and
play. Our unit perfectly complements this "island style" way of life.

Our unit comes complete with everything you will need to lay back
and relax. Just bring your swimming trunks, and enjoy your
seaside get away.
Our one bedroom one bath condo comes equipped with a large Plasma TV
in the living room,  VCR and DVD Player, and yes, even the popcorn for those nights you will be staying in. There is also an additional television set in the
bedroom. Our living room furniture features a sleeper sofa, ottoman and love seat.
The unit is fully furnished with washer/dryer inside, and a new air
conditioning and water heater unit. Everything is included to make
your stay comfortable including linens, towels, iron, vacuum, etc.
Beach chairs and beach towels are also supplied
and will be of great use to you during our 80 degree winter!
Ocean Village is a private, gated resort, impeccably landscaped,
that has every amenity you could possibly want.

The Ocean Village Clubhouse offers all residents with something to
do. Whether you wish to try your hand in our 9 hole Executive Golf
Course, or enjoy one of the 3 heated pools located throughout the
property, the weather will be just right!
The Jacuzzi is also a great place to relax after you have enjoyed a
light and delicious lunch from the Tiki Bar by the pool.
There is a brand new Fitness Room in case you
want to stay fit during your stay.
The Tennis Center offers novices, as well as old hands, lessons and
equipment.
Finally, the Bocce League, and Shuffle Board Courts also offer you a
great way to get out and enjoy the fabulous weather with friends.
If you are a baseball enthusiast, Ocean Village is only a 1/2 hour
drive to Dodger Town in Vero Beach, or the NY Met's (St. Lucie West)
Spring Training Camps.
Don't want to cook tonight? Enjoy the fine cuisine offered in our on
site restaurant. Then enjoy a nice walk along the seemingly endless
beach that surrounds Peaceful Hutchinson Island.
