Vacation Rental Description

Beautiful desert rental in Desert Princess Country Club. Two 
bedroom, two full baths, sleeps five. Includes BBQ, Cable TV, Stereo 
CD Player, towels, linens, and maid. Spectacular golf course view, 
overlooking the third tee box. Enjoy nearby pool and spa, golfing, 
and tennis courts. There are many restaurants and shops in nearby 
downtown Palm Springs and The River in Rancho Mirage. 
Rates are $175/night, $1,000/week or $2,600/month. Holidays require 
a 3 night minimum stay. A 50% deposit is required to secure your 
reservation along with a refundable security deposit of $150. The 
remaining balance must be received 2 weeks prior to your arrival. 
Cancellations can be made within two weeks with a full refund. 
Enjoy your stay in the desert, but we ask that you remember this is 
our home, no smoking or pets, please!
