A comfortable home for family gatherings. One King size bedroom and
three Queen size bedrooms all
with private bath. Large great room with plenty of seating for all.
Any time is a Good Time in Delray Beach. There is always something
fun and interesting to see and do all year long. All within a few
minutes walk, free shuttle or bike ride is the beautiful, clear and
clean and oh
so blue Atlantic Ocean beach. Spend part of your day on the sand
and then walk across the street to three great beach restaurant/bars
with great food and entertainment. Later walk into the downtown area
and enjoy fine dining and music at so many wonderful restaurants and
bistros. Then enjoy a romantic walk home under the stars. Finish
off the evening in the large and comfortable patio and perhaps a
final evening dip in your private pool. A quiet neighborhood with no
traffic and no boat or bike noise, all within a short walk to
everything.

Large patio for dining out after working your magic on the gas grill.
New granite kitchen with all new stainless appliances. Breakfast
area, huge great room with two seating areas. Satelite tv in great

cleaners.

and I'll have you stocked when you get here. We can settle the
balance later.

Walk to great restaurants, shopping, the Intracoastal, the beach,
museaums, and galleries.
I will send you a calendar of events for the time period you book
upon request. I will also have some discount coupons for shops and
spas.

October 1 through April 30th  $5,900 per week

Christmas and New Years weeks   $7,000 per week

Easter week $6,000 per week

May 1 through September 30th  $4,900 per week.

$1,500 Security Deposit refunded by mail after inspection.  Non refundable pet deposit $500.00   Pool heater..$500. per week.
