Come stay in this newly renovated ocean view two bedroom condominium
located on Saint Augustine Beach just minutes from historic Saint
Augustine. This is a first floor unit just steps from the beach,
with a fabulous ocean view from your private deck! The condo
features a large living room with queen sleeper sofa, dining area,
fully-equipped kitchen and two full bathrooms. The master bedroom
offers a queen-sized bed, while the second bedroom has two twin
beds. Our washer and dryer are located in the condo unit. All
towels and linens are furnished.
St. Augustine is internationally famous for its restored downtown
area. It was founded in 1565, the city has remained wealthy in its
Spanish heritage. History is seen in the homes, horse drawn
carriages, classic Cathedrals and the Castillo de San Marcos
National Monument located on the Intercoastal Waterway.

A credit card (VISA or MC) is required to make a reservation.  If a credit card is not available a $200 deposit must be received within 10 days. Full refund for cancellation made 14 days prior to a reservation date.  (30 days notice is required for reservations of 28 days or longer).  Jan, Feb and March reservations must be cancelled by June 1st to avoid a cancellation penalty.  Note: A $21.95 fee is added to all Credit Card charges.  Special rates may apply based upon occupancy, season and duration of stay.  The complex does not accept Cash.
