Vacation Rental Description

Your waterfront paradise is central located. By boat approx. 2-3 minutes to the Inlet and 
approx 5 min by car to the most beautiful beaches and 5 min to downtown Stuart. The 
Cottage-Style house, newly renovated and in mint condition, awaits you fully furnished, 
Cable TV, internet, patio grill and it's ready for you to spent a week, month or the whole 
winter or summer. Spent time in the poolsize Whirlpool or go fishing with your own or in 
the rent included boat ( Center Console ). If you plan to come with your own boat, there is 
a 16,000lbs boatlift at the boathouse available or space for a larger vessel on the right 
side of the pier. Spend the evening on the porch and view the sunset or visit the historic 
downtown Stuart with good restaurants and a beautilful river boardwalk along downtown. 
A public golf course is approx. 2 min. by car on the same street. Downtown Palm Beach 
Gardens is approx 30 min and Palm beach Island approx. 40min away.

This Vacation Cottage Home is fully equipped with towels, linens, tableware, Dishwasher, 
Microwave, oven, Central Vacuum. We have Cable TV, Cable Internet upon request available, 
Washer/ Dryer/Iron & Board, Outside gas Grill. 

Activities and Attractions

Stuart is known as the 'Sailfish Capital of the World' and has many things to offer. Visit the 
historic downtown Stuart, Harbour Bay Plaza @ Sewall's Point with upscale shops and 
restaurants, Hutchinson Island with his famous bath tube beach and stroll hours along the 20 
mile beach 20 of white sand or play golf in one of the nearby public golf clubs or spend a day 
at Palm Beach Island which is approx 40 min. away or the best go ont he boat a spend the 
day fishing, cruising along the endless waters of the Intracoastol and St. Lucie River. This you 
will only see here. If you plan to come by your own plan, the airport of Stuart is close by.

Stay from June 29th until July8 and pay only a full week rent!

Summer special ( August until October ):
Book until July 15th for any week or months rental and get 10% of the rental price.

Winter / Spring:
Book until August 30, 2007 for one full month or more and get 10% off.
