Vacation Rental Description

Feel real “Special” while vacationing in our privately owned luxury  
condominium.  Our unit has only been enjoyed by family members in  
the past.  We have just recently offered our condo to the public.   
Enjoy the spectacular views from the 17th floor; 3 sliding glass  
doors open to a sprawling balcony to view miles of a crescent  
pristine white sandy beach on the beautiful blue waters of the Gulf  
of Mexico to the southern most point of the beach.  The view  
includes the picturesque City of Marco.  Watch the morning sun rise  
and see the city and the beach come to life or watch the glow of the  
glimmering evening city lights, the star filled sky or the moon  
glistening on the gulf waters. 
 
Our Condominium is located at the luxurious South Seas Club in Tower  
3. The 5-acre gated community offers 24 hour security and consists  
of manicured grounds which includes walking paths for leisurely  
strolls.    The South Seas has heated swimming pools, exercise  
rooms, and parking garage.  Tennis and boat docking is available for  
a fee.  
 
The unit is located on the bright and sunny south side of the tower  
and adjacent to a sanctioned wildlife lagoon.  The master suite  
offers a king bed, a master bath, with sitting area, TV and sliding  
glass door to the spacious balcony.  The guest bedroom has a queen  
size bed and sliding glass door to connecting balcony.  The fully  
equipped open kitchen includes a breakfast bar nook and updated  
appliances.  The kitchen and dining area offer views of the gulf.   
The large open living room is elegant and comes equipped with TV,  
Stereo, VCR and sliding glass door to balcony with breathtaking  
views.  The unit is furnished with tropical wicker furniture.

from your oceanfront paradise.   The frequent walks on the pure  
white sandy beaches to collect shells, the swims in the crystal  
waters of the Gulf.  There are endless activities available to make
