This condo is ideal for any vacationer at the Lake and is perfectly decorated in a nautical theme. The entry area greets you with a welcoming sailor and the third bedroom with 2 twin beds and private bath (shower only) is just off the Entry. Past the Entry is the spacious light-house living room (with queen size sofa sleeper) with a wood burning fireplace, TV and ideal view of the Lake. Just
off the Living room is the lakeside Master suite. Enjoy the king size bed, private bath (shower/tub) and access to the screened in porch. Down the hall off the Living Room are the Laundry Room, another full size bath (shower/tub) and the second bedroom with a queen size bed. Both the open kitchen (with its expansive breakfast bar) and dining room (with seating for 4) take in wonderful lake views of this quiet cove location. You'll know you've made the right choice for a vacation retreat the minute you drive into the Regatta Bay complex. The perfectly landscaped and wooded entrance is just the beginning to your
wonderful stay. Guest will enjoy watching the kids swim from the condo's private screened in porch - viewing both the pool and lake swim dock! The condo also has a gas grill that is adjacent to the condo's front door. The park-like setting at Regatta Bay makes it one of the nicest condo complexes on the Lake. Unlike most complexes, there is ample parking for everyone. The complex also has a playground, several picnic areas (some covered), two tennis courts, one basketball court, two pools, and a designated area for trailer parking.

This 1500 square foot corner unit condo is packed with all the needed vacationing amenities. Gas grill, ceiling fans and TV's in every room (with DVD and/or VCR), stereo, gas fireplace, wifi Internet access. The kitchen is fully stocked and includes everything you would ever need. The appliances include a range, refrig., microwave, and dishwasher. The unit also has a washer and dryer for guest usage. Homes are furnished for normal housekeeping with dishes, cookware, flatware, glasses, grills, and basic appliances. Sofa sleepers are recommended for children’s use only and not that of adult usage.  We are also pleased to provide bed linens, bath towels, and a starter packet of detergents, bath soaps, trash bags and paper products (toilet paper and paper towels). Please bring replacements for starter packet items, your own beach towels, soaps, personal toiletries, coolers, cleaning supplies, camera, life jackets, etc.

The condo is close to Horny Toad, Blue Heron, Li'l Rizzo's, Ruthie D's (you could walk to it) and Andre's. La Fata's is nice convenience store and deli, great pizzas! Carl's grocery store is right across HH and there's a hardware store underneath it. You are just minutes away from golfing at any of the 14 area courses and less than 10 minutes from all the attractions in Bagnell Dam and Osage Beach - including the Osage Beach Premium Outlet Mall.
