This Scottsdale, Arizona home is located in the gated golf course community of Pinnacle Canyon in  
Troon North, home to Arizona's No.1 rated golf courses by Golf Digest, by Golf Magazine and by  
Golfweek. Troon North Golf Club, one of North Scottsdale’s crown jewels, stands as the hallmark of  
the desert golf experience. Giant granite boulders lie strewn across the rugged landscape as the  
Monument and Pinnacle courses stretch through the natural ravines and foothills in the high Sonoran  
desert in the shadows of Pinnacle Peak. 
 
The challenge, visual sensation, and special ambiance of Troon North sets the standards by which all  
others are measured and the immaculately groomed golf course and exceptional level of customer  
service create the renowned Troon Golf Experience. 
 
Famed for its climate, fabulous recreation, superlative dining and shopping, this desert resort

The home has three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a great room, kitchen, dining room, and an outdoor  
covered patio with outdoor stereo system, built-in gas barbecue, Pebble Tec swimming pool, and a  
large spa, outdoor table, and chairs,large swimming patio around the pool and PGA style 3 hole  
professional putting green.  
 
The home has one king-size bed, one queen-size bed, two twins, and one sleeper sofa, and sleeps  
eight. The great room has a 35-inch Sony TV, DVD, VCR, Stereo, and Surround Sound; the master has a  
20-inch Sony TV and high speed internet access; and the bedroom with twin beds has a 20-inch Sony  
with VCR. The home has a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer and a two-car garage. 
 
One-half mile from the house is the Troon North 37,000 square foot, full-service clubhouse offering  
breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The Five Star Four Seasons Hotel and resort is 6/10's of a mile away  
with gourmet restaurant and spa open to the public. 
 
High quality health and fitness services are located one mile away at Troon Mountain Health and  
Fitness located at 10440 East Jomax Road.  
 
The Pinnacle Course is yards behind the home. The community has a four-acre park with tennis and  
basketball courts, barbecues, and a children's play gym.  
 
Troon North is also adjacent to Pinnacle Peak Park. A 185-acre mountain preserve where multi-use  
climb onto boulder-strewn ridges and a large number of hiking trails.
