A Cabin at Laurel Ridge in Summersville

Our cabin has 2 private bedrooms, a large living area, a kitchen, one
bath, and a deck with a gas grill. One bedroom has a queen size bed;
the other has a full size bed. The living room has a queen size
sleeper sofa, double patio doors for a beautiful view, a dining area,
a TV with DVD/VCR, and plenty of videos and DVDs. Our kitchen is
fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes, microwave, stove/oven, and
coffee maker. We even have an ice cream freezer and blender!

All towels and linens are provided. Candlelight dinners, picnics,
desserts, and flowers are available for a small charge. The cabin
has air conditioning and heat. The cabin overlooks a tree covered
ridge. A hiking trail encircles the 15 acres. A volleyball net,
play ground area, and fire pit are just behind the cabin on a cleared
4 acre field.

In winter, the cabin is decorated with lights and tree for Christmas
both inside and out.
There is also an outdoor ice skating rink in the field during the
winter months.

The cabin is only a mile and a half from Summersville Lake. Rental
of a 2 person boat or kayak is available. Hiking and mountain biking
are right outside your door.
Snow skiing at Winterplace is less than
an hour away. Snowshoe is an hour and a half to our North. Stay at
Laurel Ridge and ski both areas!!!
Whitewater rafting or kayaking is just a few minutes away on the
New or Gauley River. Let us help you arrange a rafting
trip.
Historic Carnifex Ferry Battlefield is only 5 minutes away. Hawk's
Nest and Babcock State Park are less than 20 minutes from the cabin.

Winter Rates: $399-$499 per week $75-$125 nightly
Winter rates apply November 1 - April 15

Regular Rates: $499 - $650 per week $95-$175 nightly
Regular rates apply April 16 - October 31

We offer discounted rates for stays of more than 2 nights in Winter
and stays of 4 or more nights in the regular season.
