DIRECTLY ON THE BEACH! Sugar Beach is a three-story, family-
friendly complex. It is a wonderful place for everyone to enjoy a 
great vacation! This unit offers a Gulf and pool view.  There is a 
kiddie pool and heated pool near the beach. 
Step out onto the balcony (from either the living room or 
bedroom)and you will see a breathtaking view of the ocean!

Our condominium has three bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, with 
living/dining room, balcony from bedroom or living room, and a fully-
furnished kitchen with a washer and dryer. There are four TVs, a DVD 
player and a VCR. There is a pool, tennis and shuffleboard courts.  
A 24-hour security guard should you need anything during your stay. 
Covered parking.  BBQ grills located near the pool.
