Coast located on an island next to St. Petersburg and south
of Clearwater. The Madeira Norte complex is directly across the
street from John's Pass Village and Boardwalk. This is a great
family vacation area to enjoy the Gulf waters, heated pool,
beautiful sunsets, walks on the beach, shelling, fishing, boating,
snorkeling, parasailing, swimming and more. John's Pass Village has
excellent dining, shopping and entertainment. And, it's only 30
minutes to Busch Gardens and 90 minutes to the Orlando area theme
parks. Rest & relaxation and theme park excitement are all within a

table. The large Gulf of Mexico view (180 degree of gulf water, 2 miles of
beach front and intercoastal - 5th floor) full width balcony has a table & 4
chairs for relaxing and/or dining. The beach elevator leads to both
the beach, a heated pool, and a barbeque area (available on the
sundeck). There are lounge chairs, a sun umbrella, boogie boards &
sand toys available in our unit. Also included are (1) phone with
free local calls, cable, and a DVD player. All the comforts of home

Walk across the street or under the pass bridge and stroll
through Johns Pass Village & Boardwalk. You'll find excellent
dining and live entertainment, quaint art & specialty shops,
parasailing, boat & jet ski rentals, fishing charters, shelling &
sight seeing tours, a pirate Ship, and casino boat dinner/lunch
cruises. It's only a few minutes to Tampa's aquarium, museums and
world class golfing. Take in a Buc's or Ray's game. Snorkeling,
scuba diving, swimming, sailing and the cleanest beaches in Florida
are here in Madeira Beach. It's also minutes to the Tampa Bay Area,
St. Pete, Clearwater, the Tarpon Springs sponge docks, Sunken
Gardens, Lowry Park Zoo, shopping, and area Churches,etc.

- Feb 1, 2013 to May 1, 2013 - WEEKLY RATE is $1080 (Tax Included)
- May 1, 2013 to Aug 1, 2013 - WEEKLY RATE is $760 (Tax Included)

RENTALS ARE ONE WEEK MINIMUM. WEEKS ARE SATURDAY AFTERNOON STARTING AT 2:00PM AND ENDING THE NEXT  SATURDAY MORNING AT 10:00AM. Please call for discounted multiple week bookings. Bookings outside the Saturday afternoon check-in (example Friday to Friday or Wednesday to Wednesday) are considered two week rentals and will be quoted two weeks unless the short week is not rented six weeks prior to the reservation/booking. 

A security deposit of $200 is required at booking and will be  refunded in full if the unit is left as it was found. Renters are responsible for any damages. Maximum Overnight Occupancy is 6 people and total occupancy can at no time exceed 10 people.  Please mail the check to 7251 13th st. North, Saint Petersburg, Florida, 33702 after confirmation of booking/reservation. Please provide the rental dates on the security deposit check. In addition to the security deposit the Full rent is required in cash or money order at arrival or a check maybe mailed to be received up to one week prior tot  arrival.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Reservations maybe cancelled up to 10 weeks prior to arrival with a full refund of the security deposit. No shows are responsible for the paying rent.
