Balcony View of the Gulf of Mexico. The Madeira Norte complex sits  
on the white, Sugar Sand Beach of Madeira on Floridas Central Gulf  
Coast located on an island just outside of St. Petersburg and south  
of Clearwater. The Madeira Norte complex is directly across the  
street from John's Pass Village and Boardwalk. This is a Great  
Family Vacation area to enjoy the Gulf Waters, Heated Pool,  
Beautiful Sunsets, Walks on the Beach, Shelling, Fishing, Boating,  
Snorkeling, Parasailing, Swimming and more. John's Pass Village has  
Excellent Dining, shopping and entertainment.  You're 30 minutes to  
Busch Gardens, or 90 minutes to the Orlando Area excitement. Whether  
you're looking for Rest & Relaxation or Theme Park Excitement, it's

chairs, Sun Umbrella, Boogie Boards & Sand Toys available in our  
unit. Also included are (1) phone with free local calls, Cable,

- Sept 1, 2008 to Jan 31, 2009 - WEEKLY RATE is $725 (Tax included) 
- Feb 1, 2009 to May 1, 2009 - WEEKLY RATE is $945 (Tax Included) 
- May 1, 2009 to Sept 1, 209 - WEEKLY RATE is $784 (Tax included) 
 
RENTALS ARE ONE WEEK MINIMUM. WEEKS ARE SATURDAY AFTERNOON 2:00PM TO  
SATURDAY MORNING 10:00AM. Please call for discounted multiple week  
bookings.  Not sure if any one reads this but I would give a 25%  
price break for a months rental of any of the last 4 months of the  
year. Holiday weeks have a $180 extra rental cost for the week.  
 
A security deposit of $100 is required at booking and will be refunded in  
full if the unit left as it was found. Renters are responsible for  
any damages. Maximum Occupancy is 6 people.
