Coast. We enjoy more than 342 days of sunshine per year. Your

Walk to the beach! This house is ideally located within walking
distance of San Clemente's beautiful T Street beach, the pier and
downtown with it's restaurants and shops. Our gorgeous 3800 sf Beach
house is 1st class, beautifully appointed and is for the discerning
vactioner who appreciates the finer things in life. This home is
perfect for entertaining, family reunions or other special occasions.
The house is decotaed in Tommy Bahama style, with 5 bedrooms, 3
baths, slate and travertine foors, granite counters, cable TV and
high speed internet.
Imagine sleeping in a huge upstairs master suite and awakening to
views of the Pacific Ocean from every window. The fantastic
travertine & granite master bath has a tub and separate 2-head
shower. Also upstairs are 2 further bedrooms, bathroom, bonus room
with attached deck both with great views of the Pacific Ocean. The
deck is especially great for watching beautiful Pacific Ocean
sunsets over Catalina Island.
Downstairs there is the cozy living room and dining room both with
inviting fireplaces. Also downstairs there are 2 further bedrooms, a
kitchen, a bathroom and utility room with washer and dryer.
The very spacious gourmet kitchen with granite counters is great for
cooking family dinners with top of the line appliances. There is a
breakfast bar and a large dining room for more formal occasions.
Outside there is a patio, bar-b-que area and garden with fire pit
and seating.
Similar houses rent for much more! We love to travel the world too
so we price our home low so we don't have to spend any more time
than necessary renting it out rather than travelling.
San Clemente is a quaint beach town with fantastic uncrowded
beaches, a pier, great restaurants (casual & fine dining), bars,
antiques shops, boutiques, and a farmers market! San Clemente is
very close to San Juan Capistrano with it's world-famous Mission. It
is convenient to fly into LA, San Diego airports (1 hour away) or
John Wayne Airport only 35 minutes away.

Do whatever you desire and come back to this gorgeous beach house
where there is minimal traffic, noise, and relax in the privacy of
this home where it is very quiet,very private and yet only few
minutes to everything. There are so many additional activities for
you to enjoy such as hiking (over 19 miles of hill trails), wildlife
viewing, golf, tennis, shopping, swimming, snorkeling, surfing,
boating, biking, fishing, kayaking, snorkel/ scuba or you can just
relax at the beach each day and watch the sunset. Don't feel like
driving? Many of these attractions are accessible by train. You can
walk to San Clemente station or 8 miles to the San Juan Capistrano
station. Amtrak (all stations), Metrolink (Orange County/ LA),
Coaster (San Diego).

House is fully equipped with beddings, linens, towels, pot, pans etc. Due to allergies we do not provide soaps, shower and bath gels. Dishwashing detergents, and some cleaning products are in the house.
