Princeville is a 9000 acre paradise on the North shore of Kauai.

Our 1100 square foot home consists of two bedrooms, two baths,
living room, dining room, kitchen, guest storage, washer and dryer.
You will find it beautifully decorated with all the amenities of your
own home, but with the luxury of breathtaking views of paradise.

Gaze at the fabulous, unobstructed views of Mt. Waialeale with it's
many waterfalls and watch the incredible sunsets over Bali Hai. A
short hike on a jungle path to Anni Beach, one of the most beautiful
and best snorkeling beaches on the North shore with it's protective
reef.

Alii Kai II offers a free weekly orientation to learn of all the
sights, amenities and activites available. Reservations with
discounts are available on all island activities at the desk.

Beautiful new tropical decor and furnishings throughout. Luxury
linens on both the king size bed in the master bedroom and the twin
beds in the second bedroom. The twin beds may also be converted to a
king bed. The fully equipped kitchen features tile
counter, microwave, full size range and oven, dishwasher, disposal,
refrigerator, blender, coffee maker, toaster and all the necessary
cookware and utensils. Thirty two inch TV with VHS and CD Player.
Stereo with CD Player. High speed internet access. Beach gear
includes snorkels, beach towels, boogie boards,
mats and an ice chest.

On site amenities include a swimming pool with a child's pool,
jacuzzi and gas BBQ's.

Hawaii. The incomparable Princeville Resort with it's Prince and
Makai golf courses. Kayaking, hiking, sightseeing, helicopter tours,
ocean and Wailua River cruises, horseback riding, Zipline, surfing,
and raft tours are all nearby. In addition to Princeville, the
quaint Hanalei town is 10 minutes away with shopping, great
restaurants and more superb beaches.
