Fully furnished, two-bedroom, two-bath unit with balcony, furnished  
kitchen, and covered parking space.  Furnishings include, reclining  
couch and love seat, coffee table, flat screen TV with cable, and  
kitchen table and 4 chairs and two bar stools.  Master bedroom has a  
plush king size bed, large dresser, and standing mirror. Second  
bedroom has a queen size bed and a roll top desk.  Both rooms have  
ceiling fans and attached full size bathrooms.  Both bedrooms and the  
balcony have a beautiful garden view.  Condo has central air  
conditioning throughout and an alarm system with 24-hour response  
security.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Flagler Pointe is resort style living with fully quipped workout  
facility, luxurious pool with Jacuzzi, and outdoor party area and  
both indoor and outdoor showers.  Other amenities include a business  
room with use of computers with Internet access and fax machines.  A  
lounge area with two large screen TV's, each with separate viewing  
areas, and an indoor bar area directly adjacent to the pool.   
 
There is 24-hour security, with gated electronic access and a 24-hour  
concierge to assist guest with anything from pizza delivery to Opera  
tickets.  West Palm Beach airport is 15 minutes away. 

Activities and Attractions

Flagler Pointe is located 5 minutes by taxi to Citiplace, and  
Clematis Street in West Palm Beach where all the best shopping,  
restaurants and entertainment can be found.  Located directly on the  
intercoastal waterway and just a few blocks from the WPB Marina.   
Also, 5 minutes from the pristine beaches of Palm Beach and excellent  
golf courses and golf country clubs. 

Vacation Rental Rates

This apartment is available for a long or short term lease.  Its  
fully furnished and it has all the amenities you would  
expect from resort style living.  The monthly rent is $1,350 to  
$1,450 per month depending on the term of the lease.  You pay the  
electric and cable and I pay the water.
