The "Fish House" is beautifully decorated in a contemporary &
colorful coastal style that wraps guests in comfort & luxury. This
is coastal living at it's finest.
Fish House is one of the nicest homes on the Alligator Point rental
market. Each of the 4 bedrooms are decorated in a colorful seaside
style. Two bedrooms offer one King bed each and the two remaining
bedrooms offer 3 queens. It is located at the West end of Alligator
Point which offers the best beach and bay views. This great
gulf to bay property has incredible views of two bodies of water
from every room in the house. For guests that need a little more
room the Bait House is a smaller cottage across the street on the
bay side and includes 2 more bedrooms and 2 bathrooms for an extra
fee. The Bait House has a private beach access through the Fish
House. Both houses can be rented separately or together. It's your
choice depending on how much room you need for the family.
The local marina and tiki bar are within walking distance of both
houses where guests can watch the local fisherman and enjoy an
afternoon beverage of their choice.
Guests of both houses are welcome to use the dock access for
fishing, however, the boat lift is not open to guests.

Fish House ~ Refundable deposit of $500 required to make reservation.
Reservation Fee of $85 will apply.
Bait House ~ Refundable deposit of $250 required to make
reservation. Reservation Fee of $50 will apply.
Cancellation Policy for Weekend and Weekly Reservations: If cancelled more than 60 days prior to
arrival, deposit is fully refunded; if cancelled between 30 and 60 days prior to arrival, there is a
$125 cancellation fee. There are no refunds if reservation is cancelled less than 30 days prior to
arrival.
Cancellation Policy & Rent Prepayment for Stays Longer than 14 Days: Stays longer than 14 days
require prepayment of 1/2 of all funds due in advance (rent, taxes & fees) plus the security
deposit. If reservation is cancelled at least 90 days prior to arrival, the deposit and prepaid rent
will be refunded. There are no refunds if reservation is cancelled less than 90 days prior to
arrival.
Sales tax of 9% for all rentals less than 6 months' duration.
Weekly rentals are Saturday through Saturday.
All rates are subject to change. Weekend rentals are subject to
availability at participating properties and are accepted no sooner
than 15 days prior to arrival date during Peak Season. Holiday
rates for Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving,
Christmas and New Years'Eve may be higher than published rates.
