Condo at Ocean Sounds in Lauderdale-by-the-Sea

A gorgeous two-bedroom, two bath condominiun. Excellent vacation getaway with view of the ocean from the balcony. The condo has central air, bamboo floors, kitchen and living/dining room, and balcony. The unit is the Ocean Sounds building, 1700 S. Ocean Blvd, Pompano Beach, FL 33062. It is located between Commercial Ave. and Atlantic Ave. in Pompano Beach/Lauderdale by the Sea just north of the Sea Watch restaurant. The building is 7 floors and the condo unit is on the 5th floor, # 508.

The Ocean Sounds building includes a beautiful pool with sunbathing patio, direct access to the beach and huge grills beside the pool to barbecue. The unit is right around the corner from a strip mall with a Publix supermarket, CVS, and other stores. Also within walking distance from the Sea Watch Restaurant and many other restaurants on A1A.

Activities include swimming/sunbathing in the ocean or pool, running or biking down A1A, public basketball and tennis courts right up the street, and many restaurants and shops right up the road at the corner of Commercial and A1A. The intercoastal watertaxi can also be picked up two miles down the road to take you to Ft. Lauderdale beach.

The rate is $3000/month plus expenses. We require a $1000 deposit that is returned after your stay. The condo association requires a $100 application fee which is sent directly to the association. We are looking for a multiple month rental.

HIGHLY MOTIVATED to rent April 2010. April is by far the best month in Fla. Great getaway for school break in April. Willing to rent the unit for shorter than a month. Great for family on a school break.
