Vacation Rental Description

A gorgeous one-bedroom, one and a half bath condominium. Excellent 
vacation getaway with direct ocean view from the balcony. The condo 
is in mint condition and has been completely customed remodeled. It 
has central air, tile floors, open kitchen, living/dining room, and 
bedroom with two queen size beds. The building is the Ocean 
Sounds building, 1770 S. Ocean Blvd, Pompano Beach, FL 33062. It is 
located between Commercial and Atlantic Ave. in Pompano 
Beach/Lauderdale by the Sea just north of the Sea Watch restaurant. 
The building is 7 floors and the condo unit is on the 6th floor, 
#604.

Vacation Rental Amenities

The Ocean Sounds building includes a pool, grills beside the pool to barbecue, 
direct access to the beach and a community room with pool table. It is right 
around the corner from a strip mall with a Publix supermarket, CVS, and other 
stores. Also within walking distance from the Sea Watch restaurant and many 
other restaurants on A1A.

Activities and Attractions

Activites include swimming/sunbathing in the ocean or pool, running 
or biking down A1A, public basketball and tennis courts right up the 
street, and many restaurants and shops right up the road at the 
corner of Commercial and A1A. The intercoastal watertaxi can also be 
picked up one mile down the road to take you to Ft. Lauderdale beach.

Vacation Rental Rates

The rate is $3000/month plus utilities. The utilities include 
electricity, cable, and half the condo fee. The utilites  
usually end up being somewhere around $500. We do not take any money 
for tax assessments. We require a $1000 deposit which the utilities 
are taken out of and the balance is returned at the end of the month 
provided there is no damage. The condo association also requires a 
$100 one-time mandatory credit check for any party renting any unit 
in the building. That check can be made and send directly to the 
condo assn. The condo is available for the month of April, May, etc. etc. 
We are also taking deposits for the winter of 2009 or longer term rentals.
Very motived to rent the unit for the month of April and negotiable as it is the best month
in Florida weather-wise.
