The condo has central air, kitchen, open living/dining room, balcony with ocean view, and 2 Queen size beds in the bedroom. The unit is the Ocean Sounds building, 1770 S. Ocean Blvd, Pompano Beach, FL 33062. It is located between Commercial Ave. and Atlantic Ave. in Pompano Beach/Lauderdale by the Sea just north of the Sea Watch restaurant. The building is 7 floors and the condo unit is on the 6th floor, # 604. The building includes one parking spot and guest parking available.

The Ocean Sounds building includes a pool with beautiful sunbathing patio, direct access to the beach and grills beside the pool to barbecue. The unit is right around the corner from a strip mall with a Publix supermarket, CVS, and other stores. Also within walking distance from the Sea Watch Restaurant and many other restaurants on A1A.

Activities include swimming/sunbathing in the ocean or pool, running or biking down A1A, public basketball and tennis courts right up the street, and many restaurants and shops right up the road at the corner of Commercial and A1A. The intercoastal watertaxi can also be picked up two miles down the road to take you to Ft. Lauderdale beach.

The rate is $3000/month plus expenses. We also require a $1000 deposit that is returned after your stay. We are highly motivated to rent the unit beginning April 1, 2013.
