jacuzzi tubs and fireplaces, and an additional Bunk Room that sleeps 
12. A fabulous 3 bedroom cottage located near the pool is also 
available at additional cost.
Common Areas and Amenities - Spacious family-style Dining Room, 
Living Room, Family Room, Recreation Room, Front & Rear Porch with 
seating, Outdoor Heated Swimming Pool, Fire Pit and Dining Options 
that include Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner prepared either by the 
Innkeeper, on your own, or outside caterers.

This is the ideal location for all sorts of gatherings, with enough 
room for big families or any type of large group! The Grand Beach 
Inn 
is a sprawling vintage inn located in the heart of Harbor Country in 
southwest Michigan . It sits quietly amongst the woods in this 
premier community. It is just a quick walk to the Lake Michigan 
beaches and the Grand Beach Golf Course and playground. 
Your group will enjoy their choice of the 16 rooms, primarily all 
suites, in addition to a spacious bunk room for children. The Inn 's 
vast common space includes a dining room for feeding the entire 
group 
all at once. A cozy living room provides an excellent relaxation 
spot 
to warm up around the large fireplace. An expansive family room with 
a view of the wooded ravine and a recreation room provide great 
space 
for large gatherings with plenty of room for children to run around 
and play. Spacious front and rear porches frame the Grand Beach 
Inn's 
entrances. The heated swimming pool, fire pit and grassy areas round 
out the list of amenities. A 3 bedroom, 2 bath cottage located on 
the 
property is also available and can comfortably fit an additional 8-
10 
people at an additional cost.

Vacation Rental Rates

Fall & Winter Rentals are $1500 per night, for up to 45 people (3 
night minimum stay.)  Summertime weekly rentals range between 
$10,000-
$12,000 for 2009.  
If needed, special accommodations can be made for your group.  
The inn rents from Friday afternoon to the following Friday 
morning.
