As guests in our home in the Emerald Island Resort, you will have
full rights to use the Clubhouse which includes a sauna, exercise
room, computers, game room, playground, and nature trails, tennis
courts, basketball courts, volley ball courts and much more! You can see pictures of
the clubhouse on our website also

Pool heat & jacuzzi heat (as well as cleaning fees) are always
included in the rental fees. with our home there are no hidden
costs!
Year-round, except July/August/Holidays:$1125-1425/week (£814-
1040/week)
July/August/Holidays: $1375-1550/week (£1002-1130/week)
Christmas/New Years/Easter: $1550-1675/week (£1130-1221/week)
Prices in Pounds include sales tax, prices in Dollars are exclusive
of sales tax.
