available! We are excited to accommodate a time for you and your
family, but unfortuantely we are currently booked from June 25
through October 9th. Many families still enjoy the ocean weather in
May,June, or late October, so keep us in mind.

5 STEPS FROM OUR DRIVEWAY IS THE BEACH. The beach is a beautiful
long sandy beach with private entrance way. Enjoy long walks,
kayaking and campfires at night if desired.

includes a day bed (2 twin beds)or a sleep sofa, family room, dining
area, 1 bath, 2 bedrooms (full size bed in each),screened in porch,
and private driveway.

Bath and bed linens, fridge, stove/oven, microwave, coffee maker,
toaster, cable tv, vcr/dvd player, stereo, phone, heat, gas grill,
bikes, beach chairs, horse shoe pit,kayak and washer/dryer.

Activities and Attractions:
Beach, Kennebunkport shopping and restaurants, biking, swimming,
boating, golf and tennis nearby. Beach path for kayaks is right in
front of our house.

Vary on availibility and time. We do have very competitive rates for
spring, fall and winter.
