Our family beach home is located right across the street from the private entrance onto a beautiful sandy beach. We are located on the private side of Goose Rocks Beach so you don't have to worry about crowds and can have a relaxing time with family and friends.
Our guests often enjoy the quick few steps it takes to the beach. It is a relaxing and quiet beach with calm and beautiful waters. Our location is a great spot to go on long walks, kayaking, and building campfires at night if desired (must get permit).

Our family beach house features a full kitchen, formal living room with a fireplace,(that includes a day bed and sleep sofa) family room, dining area, 1 bath, 2 bedrooms (full size bed in each) screened in porch and private driveway.
Our home includes all your bath and bed linens, fridge, stove and microwave, coffee maker, toaster, cable tv, vcr/dvd player, stereo, phone, washer and dryer, gas grill, bikes, beach chairs and beach toys, horse shoe pit, and kayaks.

The private entrance to the beach is right across the street from our house, which is where you can enjoy swimming, kayaking and long walks on the sandy beach. Kennebunkport shopping and restaurants is only about 15 minutes away, where you can also enjoy boat rides and golfing.
vacation rental rates
We rent year round and our rates are very competitive. Many families still enjoy the ocean weather during our off-season months so please keep us in mind for your next getaway. (We do not update our calendar on-line so please send us an email about availability). Our daily rates off season are between $100-$150 a night and during our peak season we rent for $1400 a week and $150 a night for weekends.
