canal front home, just steps away from a beautiful white sandy
beach.

Cottage has 80 feet along a deep water protected canal
leading to the Intra-Coastal Waterway, where you can safely dock
your boat without worrying about rough seas and changing tides.

Plenty of parking for your boat trailer and jet skis in the driveway.

Large walkaround wood deck surrounds the home, where you can view
the bright blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico or the Intra-Coastal,
while you sip on a cool one!

Quiet neighborhood on Cul de Sac street approximately a one block walk from the Beach and Bike Path.

THIS IS NOT A CONDO.  You will have an entire private home and beach for your vacation site.

If you are looking for a Spring Break Go Wild Vacation, Navarre Beach is not your location.

Our home is decorated in a colorful and fun beach motif designed to
make the stresses and worries you have at home disappear as soon as
you walk through the door.

Windows are everywhere, allowing you to bring the waterfront view inside.

You can fish and catch crabs from the privacy of your own dock.  Children can play in the sandy beach in the backyard or swim off the dock.

While the home is elevated, the entire living quarters are located
on one floor.  No no need to climb up and down stairs while you are inside.

Large open floor plan with ceramic tile to feel cool under your feet. There are three TVs and one DVD player.

If you like to cook, the kitchen is equipped and countertops are stone.  The outdoor BBQ is propane.

 
We have two master bedrooms. One is furnished with a queen size bed and an adjoining bath complete with a whirlpool tub.

The second master bedroom is furnished with two twin size beds that
can remain apart or brought together to form one king size bed. The
other bathroom can be conveniently accessed from the second master
bedroom or from the hallway.

The sofa opens to a queen size sleeper.

All rooms are equipped with ceiling fans to enhance your comfort.

A portable crib and a childrens highchair/booster seat are included.

A full size washer and dryer are conveniently located near the bedrooms.

Linens are provided. Bring your own Beach Towels & Beach Chairs.

Located on the ground level is a large storage room where you store
your own bikes and beach equipment.

There is a large cool, shady and breezy carport/picnic area under the house, where we have hosted many large outside parties and barbecues shielded from the heat of a hot summer day.

There is also room to park up to four vehicles under the protection
of the house.

Before you cross over the Navarre Bridge you will find the Navarre Play Park. The Park is Free and includes several play areas for children of all ages. The Park has two sets of jungle gym equipment, swings, sliding boards, a fishing
pier/dock, water spouts, swings, basketball court and boardwalk.
The Park has a sandy beach suitable for wading by adults and small
children who do not desire the tidal wave action of the Gulf.

Next to the Park is the Butterfly House, where you can view beautiful flowers and foliage, complete with a wide variety of butterflies.  Do not forget to get a Snowball at the stand at the base of the Bridge.

As you cross over the bridge onto the Island, there is modern free boat launch.

Also located near the launch are facilities where you can rent bikes, surfboards, fishing gear, sailboats, and kayaks to enhance your beach vacation.

The local Gulf Breeze Zoo, complete with a petting zoo, is a short
drive, as is the weekend flea market located across the street. The
Pensacola Naval Air Museum is just a one-hour drive and affords a
whole day of Free entertainment and education.

There are several Golf Courses nearby. The nearest is located in
Hidden Creek, at Holley by the Sea. Beach volleyball is played
daily at the pagoda bar.

Many restaurants serve local seafood dishes.

A favorite spot for the locals is the pagoda bar, Juanas, located near the boat launch, where you may win a free drink if you are lucky enough to guess the closest time of the sunset.

The expansive Outlet Shopping Mall and Upscale Destin Commons both
are located in nearby Destin, with additional shopping malls and
shops conveniently located in Gulf Breeze, Fort Walton Beach and
Pensacola.

$250 Refundable Security Deposit on weekly/daily rentals.
Three nite minimum stays may be accepted during off season periods.

Small Pets may be approved with non-refundable pet deposit.
Winter Monthly Rates - $1500 a month for 1 month, Discounts for 2+ months.
Monthly Rentals require a higher Refundable Security Deposit.

Taxes are 10.5% on all rentals under 6 months.
Additional $100 non-refundable cleaning fee on all rentals.

Security Deposit refunded after cleaning and inspection after check-out.
