decorated villa. The master suite has a king size bed, 20-inch Sony
TV with cable, walk-in closet, large glass-enclosed shower, oversized
tub and double sinks. With the close of a door your guests will
enjoy their privacy in the guest suite which includes a queen size
bed, large closet, dresser with mirror and private bath with tub and
shower. Additional sleeping accommodations can be found in the den,
which has a queen size sleeper sofa, a 32-inch Sony TV with cable and
a dvd/vcr player, and high-speed wireless internet service. All
linens including bath towels, sheets, beach towels and kitchen
towels, are supplied. This home also has a laundry room with a full
size washer and dryer.
The living room has two very comfortable La-Z-Boy loveseats and is
the perfect spot for visiting with friends or reading your favorite
book or magazine. The family room has a 36-inch Sony TV with cable,
a DVR recorder, a dvd/vcr player, and comfortable La-Z-Boy reclining
furniture. Whether you�re cooking an intimate dinner for two or
entertaining a larger group, you�ll find everything you need in the
fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen has table seating for four,
barstool seating for four and the formal dining area also has seating
for four. The stove, microwave, dishwasher, double refrigerator,
barbecue grill and garbage disposal will make for easy meal
preparation and clean up.
Three large door walls pull you outside to the screened lanai with
patio seating for six. Additional outdoor amenities include a large
heated pool and spa, 2 chaise lounge chairs and 2 pool floats. While
lounging by the pool you can enjoy the spectacular wooded views of
the preserve, ponds and golf course and listen to music on the
outdoor intercom radio.

No detail was overlooked when furnishing this villa. Whether you're
renting for one month or three months, everything you'll need during
your stay is included. If relaxing in the sun appeals to you, the
screened lanai offers your own private heated pool and spa, a 72"
oval patio table with seating for six, 2 pool-side lounge chairs and
2 pool floats.
If, at the end of the day, you'd prefer to catch up with your
favorite TV shows, you can get comfortable in the family room on the
reclining La-Z-Boy sofa or chairs. The family room offers a 36-inch
Sony TV with cable, a dvd/vcr player and a DVR recorder so you don't
miss your favorite show. If you'd prefer the den, you can curl up on
the leather sofa with a good book, access the internet using our high-
speed internet service, or watch the 32-inch Sony TV with
cable and a dvd/vcr player.

If you'd prefer to spend the day within the Cedar Hammock complex,
you can enjoy golf on the championship 18-hole Lewis/Azinger
Signature course
A one-time $250 golf membership transfer fee is required for 2008
monthly renters. This transfer entitles you to the following
privileges: Reduced greens fees ($35.00 for 2008) during peak
season, (cart fee of $18 not included), clubhouse access for casual
and formal dining, pro shop, golf lessons, aquatic driving range,
four Har-Tru tennis courts, fitness center,and 3 Cedar Hammock
community swimming pools.

Naples and Marco Island have to offer. Within a short distance you
also have access to spectacular beaches, city and everglade tours,
world class shopping and dining, lunch and dinner cruises, water
