Vacation Rental Description

Enjoy the beautiful white sands of St Pete Beach from the comfort of 
this direct gulf front luxury condominium. Built in 2003, this 
fourth floor unit has two balconies - one beach front off the living 
room, and another off the second bedroom, overlooking the pool and 
hot tub, where you can enjoy both gulf and bay views. The balconies 
are complete with patio furniture. Enjoy long walks along our 
magnificent beach, while watching for dolphins that are often 
sighted along the shore.The unit will accomodate four adults 
comfortably, up to six includingchildren, and is fully furnished, 
tastefully decorated, and maintained in excellent condition. This 
condominium is equipped with all the comforts of home. The fully 
equipped kitchen and two full baths have granite countertops. The 
master bedroom has a queen size bed, television, and adjoining full 
bath. The second bedroom has french doors to ensure privacy, with a 
trundle bed that converts to two twin beds or one queen size bed 
(don't forget your private balcony). It is adjacent to a second full 
bath. The living room has a queen size sleeper sofa, and TV with 
DVD/VCR player.

Activities and Attractions

Beach activity rentals are a short beach walk away. The historic Don 
CeSar Hotel is a ten minute walk south, with a beach bar, 
restaurants, and quaint ice cream shop. Be sure to visit Shell 
Island for large sea shells, only a short boat ride away. Disney 
World is less than two hours away, Busch Gardens less than 45 
minutes. A popular outdoor beach bar/restaurant with volleyball is 
minutes down the beach. John's Pass Village, one of the Gulf Coast's 
most popular tourist destinations, is fifteen minutes north, with 
shops, restaurants,and entertainment. St. Petersburg Pier and 
Baywalk are a short drive away.
Tampa International Airport is 30 minutes away.
Additional activities nearby include golf, fishing, cinemas, 
museums,swimming,water sports, shopping, restaurants,sightseeing,and 
more.

Holiday rates may be higher.
Rates do not include applicable taxes.
One week minimum stay during peak season. Rental period Saturday to 
Saturday. Four night minimum during low season.
Rates include a preferred parking space under the building and unit 
cleaning at departure ( most vacation rentals do not include the 
unit cleaning fee in their rates ).
