Enjoy Tybee Island with this brand new 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo 
conveniently located on the south end of the island. Only a short 
stroll to the Tybee Beach, the fishing Pier and Pavilion, nearby 
shopping, and waterfront dining at Tybee's renouned restaurants. 
This great property features convenient covered parking, elevator, 
and swimming pool.

The living room is beautifully decorated with lush, tropical colors 
and beautiful furnishings throughout.  There's plenty of seating to 
talk, watch TV or your favorite DVD or listen to your own CD's with 
the surround sound stereo system.  Enjoy the views from your private 
deck or grill up an unforgettable meal on BBQ.

The beautiful appointed kitchen is fully equipped with brand new 
stainless steel appliances (dishwasher, refrigerator and built in 
microwave) Enjoy the conveniences of the washer and dryer, toaster, 
blender and much, much more.

The dining area has comfortable seating for up to 8 guests at the 
dining table and breakfast bar. Perfect for entertaining close

The Master Bedroom is wonderful with its comforable queen bed, cable 
television, CD/DVD player, and private bathroom.

The Guest Bedroom has an inviting queen bed, perfect for a restful 
night's sleep and access to the private deck.

bunk bed and full bath in the hallway.

Vacation Rental Amenities

This is one of the few rental properties which has an elevator.  
Also, the pool area is great, it is also enclosed and centrally 
located. 

Covered parking available for standard height vehicles only.  

Bicycles, beach chairs, and boogie boards are also available and 
ready to enjoy.

The Pier and Pavilion are only a short distance away.  Enjoy the 
powdered sugary soft sand of the Beach.  Grab a bite at one of the 
many restaurants just around the corner and enjoy the views of the 
waterfront and frolicking dolphins.  Forget driving and take a walk 
to one of Tybee's friendly bars for cold drink, entertainment of a 
live band and fellowship with visitors and locals alike.  Tybee's 
quaint shopping beckons you take home with you a little memento of 
your unforgettable Tybee vacation.  

Activities and Attractions

Tybee means "salt" to Native Americans, but the name of this low-key 
seaside resort now brings to mind words such as "sun", "surf" 
and "fun". Located 18 miles east of Savannah, this small barrier 
island boasts a wide, 3-mile long beach that's backed by sea oat-
covered sand dunes and is perfect for sunbathing, people-watching 
and frolicking in the waves of the Atlantic Ocean. The island's 
south-end pier and pavilion is a splendid venue for strolling above 
the ocean and listening to the music of the live bands.

Although vacationers are lured to Tybee mainly because of what it 
provides in the way of recreation and relaxation, those with a love 
of history won't be disappointed. Tybee offers: Fort Screven, The 
Tybee Island Lighthouse (dated 1773), an intriguing museum, and Fort 
Pulaski which is just west of the island on Hwy 80.

While Tybee is a resort complete with a full range of restaurants, 
modern hotels, motels, luxurious condominiums, and quaint inns and 
cottages, it's also a residential area stocked with its share of 
colorful characters. It's an atmosphere considerably more laid-back 
than that of glitzier, larger beach towns to the north and south.

Take a 15 minute drive into historic Savannah where you can walk the 
Riverfront, hop on the trolley and learn about the history of this 
southern city, or take in the sites of the old Savannah mansions and 
squares.  This little piece of Georgia has it all!
