Vacation Rental Description

The Mad Beach House is a beautiful, waterfront retreat located  
adjacent to John's Pass in beautiful Madeira Beach, Florida. It is a  
tropical oasis in a Village of bustling activity.  The lush backyard  
boasts tropical landscaping, a refreshing pool and spill-over spa.   
You can even dock your boat at the Mad Beach House.  
 
The home's design and furnishings are classic Florida style. The  
home features a downstairs gameroom, party room, island-bar kitchen  
for entertaining and covered porch great for cooking out. 
 

Vacation Rental Amenities

3 bedrooms ( 2 upstairs,  downstairs)  
2 1/2 baths ( 1 upstairs, 1 1/2 downstairs)  
2/1 unit upstairs and a 1/1 unit downstairs 
Downstairs features a gameroom with air hockey and foosball as well  
as a separate bar, 1/2 bath and laundry room. All this goes with the 
rental. 
This property can uniquely be rented according to need.  Only one 
family on property per rental.  Very private Florida waterfront 
tropical retreat.

Activities and Attractions

The entire family will have all the activities thay could ever want  
to keep them busy within walking distance of the door... Within a  
five minute walk is famous John's Pass Boardwalk, with fine shops  
and restaurants for the parents, to ice cream stands, snack bars and  
video arcades for the kids. There are also several restaurants and  
tropical style tiki bars, even dance clubs and live music venuues.  
Jet ski and boat rentals are available here as well. Fishing  
expeditions, scubadiving trips and parasailing trip leave daily from  
here.  Just past the boardwalk is the John's Pass draw bridge, a  
fantastic fishing and dolphin watching spot. Walk under the bridge  
and you will be on world famous Madeira Beach, with its white sand  
and turquoise blue water. 
 
A short walk across the drawbridge is Gator's, the "longest  
waterfront bar in the world." They have nightly live music, and  
frequntly host national acts. Our home has it all for the entire  
family. You will never need to drive anywhere once you are  
here...and everyone of any and all ages will find plenty of  
activities to keep themselves busy and entertained, or stress free  
and relaxed. If you are actually interested in driving anywhere,  
there are many things to do within a 45 minute drive including  
museums, cultural events, theme parks, sporting events, natural  
springs, mountain biking, canoeing, manatee watching and ultralight  
flying. 90 minutes away are the Orlando theme parks.

PLEASE NOTE: WE DO NOT RENT TO MORE THAN ONE GROUP AT A TIME - ie. If you rent just the upstairs, we  
will not rent the downstairs to another group. 
$100.00 cleaning fee for upstairs & downstairs units individually.  
Cleaning fee of $150.00 if entire house is rented.  
Tax of 12% will be added to above rates.  
Damage deposit ($500) required.
