Vacation Rental Description

This unit is only three years old and was just completely upgraded 
with a tropical, rich atmosphere that is "extremely" clean. No expense 
has been spared with the upgrades and decorating. You have your own 
garage for your convenience. If other family or friends visit and 
stay with you the living room couch is equipped with a queen size, 
pull out, electric air mattress that is extremely comfortable. The 
kitchen is fully stocked with high end utensils for cooking and 
dining. The unit is equipped with a full-size washer and dryer for 
your convenience. A well lighted fountain is visible from the living 
room, bedroom and back porch. 

Trying to list all of the contents is too much, the photographs 
complement most of the details. 

We are confident that you will be completely comfortable. 

Cleaning service is available if you would like.

Vacation Rental Amenities

The grounds are absolutley georgous. The pool is a huge resort 
cabana pool with beautiful fountains and generally quiet. A well 
stocked physical fitness center is off of the pool that is adjacent 
to an outside screened-in bar and grilling area. The grilling area 
has ceiling mounted televisions great for watching sports. Off of the 
pool area is a sand vollyball court. The clubhouse is well equipped 
with a cyber cafe with three computors or connect yours, media 
center, conference rooms and a resident business center which 
includes large screen T.V.'s and a movie theatre. Other amenities 
include a putting green, child play area, resident car care center 
and off grounds tennis courts. 

The community is gated for your privacy and is generally quiet. 

Activities and Attractions

The Palm Beach Gardens and Jupiter areas are the most sought after 
locations for vacation in South Florida. The activities are virtually 
endless. It is just a short drive away from areas such as the famous 
Kravits Center, City Place, Worth Avenue, Singer Island, Abacoa and 
the new AND NOW OPEN Downtown at the Gardens. The list is endless. 
Movie theaters, deep sea fishing (Chartered if you like), beaches 
galore, sailing, shopping at the Gardens Mall, outdoor Cabana style 
bars off of the Georgeous Jupiter inlet where the Famous Alan Jackson 
and Jimmy Buffet song "Its five o'clock somewhere" video was filmed 
and way too many golf courses to even begin to name. All of these 
activities are only minutes from your condo. If you care to venture 
out a little further do not forget the Orlando theme parks to the 
north or the Florida Keys to the south. 

Vacation Rental Rates

This Condo is Subject to Homeowners Association Guidlines

Seasonal rate = $3,500.00 per month. Total due at approval.                                           
One Month deposit is required during process to hold unit.                                            
Must be Approved by HOA so get started early for next year.
Departure cleaning fee of $150.00 will be deducted from deposit. Remaining balance of deposit will be 
refunded timely after inspection of property to insure no loss or damage.
