This two-bedroom, two-bath condominium is located in a beautiful
gated community. The unit is an end unit so you have great privacy.
Our piece of paradise has been totally remodelled and updated with
top end appliances and decor. It has a great open floor plan with an
estimated 1400 sq. ft. We have 1 king size bed and 1 queen size bed.
Some of the other features include: air conditioning, custom ceramic
tile throughout, all new appliances including gas range,
refrigerator/freezer with ice machine & filtered water, washer, dryer, microwave and dishwasher. We
also have a stainless barbeque that is situated on your
own private deck. The condo is equipped with coffee maker, toaster,
dishes, pots, pans, cutlery, sheets, towels and everything else you
need to make your stay comfortable. We have a great pink grapefruit
tree right out the front door so you can have sweet grapefruit for
breakfast!

Price includes cable TV, DVR-Digital box, DVD, FREE wireless Internet and FREE long distance & local telephone. We have 2 large LCD televisions. 48" in the living room and 32" in the Master Bedroom

We are located steps to pool, Jacuzzi, tennis
courts, and golf course. Enjoy your stay in the desert, but we ask
that you remember this is no smoking unit, please!

Cathedral Canyon Country Club is a beautiful gated golf community.
We have spectacular mountain views and incredible gardens complete
with Palm trees and many different varieties of citrus tree. There
are plenty of flowers to please any floral enthusiasts. There is a
newly renovated clubhouse with a restaurant and bar where you can
relax and enjoy after a good game of golf. Talk about golf! We have
a gorgeous course. 18 hole championships course that is a challenge
to beginners and pros alike.

CANCELLATION & REFUNDS:

In the event that you must cancel your reservation, please notify us in writing as soon as possible. If written notice is received 30 days prior to your arrival date, refunds of advanced payments will be refunded, less a $ 150 cancellation fee. If cancellation occurs within 30 days of your arrival date, any refund is subject to the ability to re-rent the property. Every effort will be made to re-rent the property. However, if the property is not re-rented, no money will be refunded. If the property is re-rented, all monies received, less the $150 cancellation fee will be refunded. If the new rental is less than your original rental, you will be refunded the difference less the $150 cancellation. We reserve the right to cancel your reservation with 30 days notice All funds will be refunded within 1 week of notice.
