A short 10 minute ride from Punta Cana Airport, this beautiful, luxury 1 bedroom condo right on the  
sand, literally a few short steps from the surf! It affords comfort and incredible location.  It has  
a nicely furnished living room, dining room, full kitchen, one bedroom, two - full baths and a  
spacious balcony with access to living room and bedroom.

Being on the secord floor, directly in front of a magnificent pool, you will be able to enjoy a very  
pleasant stay in this island paradise. The beaches in East Dominican Republic are among the best in  
the world! You can also enjoy a great day by the pool or under one of the beautiful gazebos.  Kids  
will also enjoy the wonderful children's pool on site. Airport pick-up and car rental available.

Activities and Attractions

This beach is the No. 1 attraction in the East Coast of the Dominican Republic, stretching an  
amazing 50 kilometers. The water sports options offered steps away from your front door are amazing:  
catamaran boat rides, double-decker party boats, parasailing, glass bottom boats, sports fishing,  
diving, snorkeling, flying boats and speed boats. There is also banana boating, kayaking,  
windsurfing, sailing and beach volleyball.  For the art enthusiasts, you can find beautiful native  
art at incredibly low prices right around the corner from your condo.  For your evening enjoyment,  
there are also world-class casinos, dance clubs featuring live entertainment, first class shopping  
destinations and restaurants just minutes away.

A deposit of $200 will secure booking, balance payable 1 weeks prior to arrival. 
A returnable security deposit of $200 will be required. 
A $20.00 extra per person / per night   will be charge on party over  2.
