Vacation Rental Description

A beautifully decorated condo with two bedrooms, two baths, and 
direct ocean front on the Atlantic Ocean in Ponce Inlet, Florida. 
Ponce Inlet is located south of Daytona Beach close enough to enjoy 
Its nightlife yet far enough away to have the piece and quiet of a 
relaxing get-a-way. You are also just an hour’s drive away from the 
heart of Orlando and it’s major theme parks. 
Located on a no-drive beach, this condo is truly a home away from 
home. The kitchen is fully equipped with a bar area there is a 
separate dining area which seats 6. The living room is equipped with 
queen size sleeper sofa, cable TV and VCR and two very comfortable 
chairs for relaxing and listening to the calm of the ocean. The 
master suite, with a direct view of the ocean, has a king size bed, 
TV with DVD, high speed Internet, and private bath. 
The second bedroom offers privacy for 3 with a queen-size bed and 
twin bed and TV. And for your convenience a washer and dryer are 
located in the unit as well.

Vacation Rental Amenities

This condo has high speed internet service, 2 phones, TV's in 
bedrooms and living room, private heated pool, ice maker in 
refrigerator, coffee maker, garbage disposal, fully furnished kitchen 
with all utensils and eating ware, iron and ironing board, charcoal 
barbeque grill in common area, DVD and VCR, and secure entrance into 
the building and swimming pool area.

Activities and Attractions

Surf fishing, nearby are boat and ski rentals, parasailing, miniature 
golf and Go-Karts, inter-coastal waterway boat tours, Deep Sea 
fishing charters, golfing, Daytona International Speedway, Sea World, 
Disneyland, Universal Studios, Ponce Inlet Lighthouse, and sometimes 
you can see a space launch from your private balcony.

Jan - April, June - Aug $900 per week plus taxes and cleaning
May, Sept - Dec  $650 - $750 per week plus tax and cleaning
Race Week and Bike Week  $2500 plus tax and cleaning
Pepsi 400 and Biketoberfest $1200 - $1600 plus tax and cleaning
3 night stay, $495 - $561 tax and cleaning included
